Booking terms

These terms cover boarding, daycare and walks provided by Erika (surname to add) under the name VIPaws.

How booking works

This website does not take bookings or payments. It passes your message to Erika, and everything after that is arranged directly with her. A booking exists once Erika has confirmed it to you.

The trial

Every new dog has a trial day, night or walk at the normal price before any longer stay. After it, Erika will tell you honestly whether she is the right fit for your dog. She may decline to care for a dog if she believes it would not be safe or happy, for that dog or for the others in her home.

What Erika needs from you

Accurate details about your dog, kept up to date: their health, their behaviour around dogs and people, what they eat, any medication, your vet, and current vaccination records.

Prices and payment

Prices on this site are Erika’s normal prices. She confirms the total for your booking before it starts, and you pay her directly. The price agreed for a booking does not change afterwards.

Boarding nights

Boarding is charged by the night: the nights between drop-off and collection. The day of collection is not charged as a night unless Erika agrees otherwise.

Health and emergencies

You authorise Erika to arrange emergency veterinary care if she cannot reach you, and you agree to cover the cost. Tell her about any health or behaviour concern before a stay, including anything that has happened in the past.
